Zoho Vault only allows password sharing between members of the same organization. You’ll have to join your company’s official Zoho Vault account to share passwords with your colleagues. To join your organization’s account:

Check your inbox and spam folders for an invitation email from the Zoho Team (noreply@zohoaccounts.com), then click Join Organization.

Users with Coastlands and Discoverhope.church accounts should choose the Google identity icon and accept the permissions required to share certain Google account information with Zoho.

Users using personal email accounts should choose an identity provider as well or register manually with a new username and password

Once you have registered with Zoho, you can access Zoho Vault via https://vault.zoho.com or by clicking on the Google Marketplace application when you are logged into The Coastlands Google Workspace.

Sign in to Zoho Vault by choosing sign in using Google and use your coastland.org credentials, do not use the form field or your account won’t be associated with The Coastlands Google Workspace. If you don’t have a Coastlands account you may choose another Google ID or register your own username and password.

Once Zoho Vault is operable, create your Master Password as discussed below. The Master Password IT recommends using a passphrase for the Zoho Vault master password. A passphrase is a longer and more complex string of words or characters than a traditional password. Passphrases typically contain multiple words and spaces, making them easier to remember than a string of random characters.

Here are some examples of good passphrases with and without spaces:

Complete My Account information by adding a secondary email address and a phone number. You will need to verify each method you add with a OTP (one time password).
