An Invitation to Zoho Vault =========================== .. note:: Sent to Church workers who utilize web accounts on behalf of the church Dear Church Worker, You have been identified as a member of our church who uses online platforms and applications to carry out our day-to-day mission of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But, with so many different platforms to access and manage, we can end up creating and using weak or easily guessable passwords that can put our organization's sensitive information and church reputation at risk. That's where Zoho Vault Enterprise comes in. We are inviting you to respond to our upcoming email invitation to join our (Coastlands) Zoho Vault. Zoho Vault Enterprise is a robust password management tool designed specifically for organizations like ours. It allows us to securely store and manage all of our organization's (enterprise) passwords in one central location. It makes it easy for our IT team to enforce secure password policies and ensure that all user passwords are strong, unique, and changed regularly. It allows managers to securely share specific access to church accounts like Vimeo and YouTube with multiple people. There is no longer a need to share specific passwords with a person that you might wish to share with, just ask us (IT) to invite them to join our Zoho Vault and choose which accounts you want to share. Once all our enterprise accounts are registered in Zoho Vault, the only password you will need to remember is your individual master password to open our vault. The Zoho Vault can be used to store and manage personal account passwords as well, simply check the “personal” box when adding your passwords to the vault. Any passwords marked “personal” are not accessible through our organization. You can add the vault to your personal devices like an iphone, or a personal computer. We invite you to join our Zoho Vault, import your enterprise accounts and take advantage of the efficiencies inherent in the use of password managers. With Warm Regards, Ted Asocks, David Curry, Danny Bennet, and Gregory Lebovitz
